ADMITTING
The Admitting Department is open 24 hours daily. All inquiries regarding admissions must be course through the Admitting Staff located at the G/F Hospital Lobby.
Guidelines for Patient Admission
- For DIRECT ADMISSION, the patient is required to have a Covid-19 RT-PCR negative result within the past 72 hours; however if the patient came from OPD consult and is to be admitted, the patient can proceed to ER Department for assessment.
- For ER ADMISSION, Covid-19 symptomatic patient will need an Antigen Test to determine room assignment. If positive, admit to COVID-19 Wing, if negative, need to do the RT-PCR Test and await result while admitted to the Transition Wing. Patients without Covid-19 Symptoms and a negative Antigen test may be admitted to the Regular Ward.
- With ELECTIVE PROCEDURE, for patients who will undergo Elective (OR-DR) major procedure, and CVCU procedure must present a negative Covid-19 RT-PCR Test with 7 days validity.
